You’ll love the convenience of having your own designated spot to park your car or take a leisurely stroll around the complex.  The complex was built in 1973 and over the years the HOA has done a fantastic job maintaining the buildings and the grounds.  The units are 990 square feet.  Inside the interiors vary between units.  Some are more updated than others however, most owners have chosen to add impact windows and doors.  Each unit has it very own water view as well, so no one misses out at looking at our beautiful ocean.

The best part of Sea Isle is that you get to step right out of your front door and take a walk down the path leading to the most beautiful sandy beach in town!  The beach are is expansive and split into two sections. A lush grassy area, perfect for setting up lawn chairs and soaking up the sun, and a blissful sandy area where you can dip your toes in the sparkling water! With so much room for everyone to spread out, you’ll have plenty of space to soak up the sun, play in the waves, and enjoy the ocean breeze. Whether you’re looking to build sandcastles with the kids or simply relax with a good book, you’ll find everything you need to have the perfect beach day.  In addition to the magnificent beach, there is also a sparkling and inviting large heated pool that is located between the buildings. On those scorching hot days, the pool is a delightful oasis of cool refreshment!

One of the drawbacks of Sea Isle Condominium, in Key Colony Beach, is that the monthly homeowners association fees do not cover building insurance.  This means that owners must purchase insurance separately, adding an additional expense to their budget. 

Owning a unit at the Sea Isle Condominium can be expensive, given the high cost of insurance, monthly HOA fee, and taxes.  Additionally it is important to remember that all condominiums are subject to special assessments at some point further increasing the cost of ownership.
