With a large fish cleaning station under a tik hut you get out of the sun. With the marina right next door owner have access to fuel and can purchase a dry rack to if they wanted.

Most of the docks are located right nearby the unit.  However a few might be a bit down.  Either way, your dock is only a few feet away.
