As an owner, you won’t be able to decorate or furnish units according to your personal preferences. This approach aims to provide guests with a consistent experience and ensure that they know what to expect when they return for another stay.

First Right of Refusal

When considering purchasing a property at Tranquility Bay, it’s important to note that the developer holds the first right of refusal on all contracts. Owners Closets

Most owners who purchase in the resort use the closet under the stairs to store their personal items.  There are no garages or extra storage areas any where on the resort.
